I am an Australian university student studying Health Science with a major in Nutrition. I am also completing my Certificate III in fitness.
I have always had an interest in health and fitness and decided to start 'Your Healthy Self' to share what I have learnt and to help others be there best selves.
In the future I would like to be working as a fitness and nutrition consultant and still maintain my blog. It is also an aspiration of mine to write a healthy lifestyle or recipe book.
Among health and fitness, I also love being outdoor, taking photos and playing my guitar.
